Can Newborn Photos at home be beautiful?

Even though newborn photography has only been popular for 10-12 years or so, lifestyle newborn photography (or newborn photos at home) has just recently gained popularity in the past couple years.


Like many others, as a newborn photographer I started trying to do studio type sessions. Plain backgrounds, etc... Then, one session I had to do out of town for friends. I didn't have all my backgrounds so I used their bedroom and nursery....and that in home newborn photoshoot was AMAZING. It changed me, it changed how I thought of newborn photography.


Now, I offer newborn photos at home to wonderful families near Jacksonville and St Augustine, Florida and LOVE how they turn out every time. They are always some of my favorite sessions.
